1. Eligibility for Returns

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or without tags will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Contact our support team within the return period to initiate a return.

Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be made within the return window.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations
